PRESENTATION AND PRODUCTION OF WINE
The MIMI brand in Provence was created by Maison Bréban
in December 2014.
In 2017, the house presents its declination in fine bubbles: the
sparkling wine MIMI brut rosé. The production of wines
effervescent is the core business of the house since its
founding in the 1950s. Spearheading the know-how of the
Maison Bréban, sparkling wine MIMI brut rosé is elaborated
according to the Charmat method in our cellars of Brignoles.
